It's not like I have infinite time and I do 3 characters. Once you get geared well enough, things become easier.

Like this week's Nightfall. It takes maybe 20 minutes to finish and it's one of the best methods to get good gear.
Add the exp boost to it and everything levels faster too.
You can also run duplicate classes if you want to like I decided to do, essentially giving you a 2nd high-end character with little effort.
