Tuesday, always always always do the Nightfall on Tuesday, on max level. If you get 2 other ST gamer peeps with you, you can knock one out in 30-45 minutes per character.
Wednesday, run the weekly on max level. Should be doable in 30 minutes.
Thursday, do random bounties, crucible matches, daily, rox strikes.
Friday is all about the Crota and / Or VofG runs, possibly Saturday night too.
Sunday - Monday the same as Thursday.
If you have time left over after any of the nightfalls or weeklies, do random bounties. I wouldnot bother with any that are less than 100 rank and 5000 xp
