I doubt he would per se...but he also isn't able (legally) to punch the back of her head

she gets a grip on his leg, she going to move him; he's already lost half his base...he's going to come down.
I don't think it's 50/50. I think it's 90/10 her, or any similarly sized fighter vs Tyson.
A Klitchko, might have a better chance given he's 6'6 or whatever...that extra reach could give enough time to dance away from the shoot attempt; and at that point, you're just a fish flopping on the ground under a basically trained Brock Lesnar (aka, monster striker)
