As 95%(+) Irish, I'd never actually had corned beef and cabbage until last year

which shocked my extended family.
Corned beef is amazing (and I want a recipe). Cabbage is much better than the (rare) boiled only cabbage I had when I was young.
I kinda want a corned beef recipe now (I had two helpings, it was great)
