You've got your traditional country-club Republicans (e.g., middle managers at Caterpillar and doctors and St. Francis).

You've got a decent proportion of libertarians.

The Tea Party doesn't have a whole lot of sway.

Mostly, the song of my people in Central Illinois is ML-like common sense Republicanism.
