I've seen differing reactions:

Was Jimmy's reaction to Chuck's attempts to get outside and rejoin the world:
(a) happy and relieved
(b) nervous and concerned?

Also, did Jimmy leave the boxes of legal files for Chuck:
(a) because he wants Chuck to start getting better by getting back into legal work
(b) because he's trying to get free work out of Chuck?
