There have been cash-ins as late as the day after WrestleMania (Dolph Ziggler won that way) but MITB is in June.

The worst possible ending for WrestleMania at this point is Reigns holding the title. I'll even accept him winning and then getting cashed in on. Seth Rollins is carrying Raw right now.
