they are both shows where they have gotten to the point where their is a bunch of undocumented 'specials' out there and most of them villains and its the good guys jobs to capture and put them away.

as an aside, I freaking loved the Firestorm episodes on The Flash.

I also love how there is literally zero oversight on Star Labs. It is literally guantanamo bay for supervillains down there.
