decline
in addition to the delivery-only businesses (FreshDirect, Peapod), many/most grocers here (include Trader Joe's and Whole Foods) will delivery.

Though I'm not sure the TJs and WF provide picking service. I think you go to the store, buy what you want, and then they just deliver it.
