"The NPO the I help out with, Nijiiro Diversity, is a finalist in the Google Impact Challenge, and if we're one of the four winners we get 50,000,000 yen to help fund our projects working toward workplace equality. Three of the finalists will be decided by a panel of judges, but one is decided by popular vote. You can vote by going to this link https://impactchallenge.withgoogle.com/japan and clicking on the 投票する box for 特定非営利活動法人虹色ダイバーシティ. You can cast votes for up to four groups. You don’t have to be in Japan to vote, but voting closes at the end of March 25th Japan time (less than a day a half left!), so vote now!"
