Yankees. The revenues of baseball, while not NFL levels are more solid than then NHL or NBA

The NFL's communistic model keeps teams from realizing their true market value imo; while baseball's revenue sharing has narrowed things; the Yankees can still command a far larger pie share out of the 30 teams than they would in the NFL model.
