btw, Bulk Barn has the KD powder. Also, if you can find the (Kraft) grated cheddar it zips up the taste nicely.

It's in a shaker style container like the grated parmesan but pretty hard to find, although Bulk Barn might have that also.
I call the grated cheeses "shaky cheese"
