Could be a pulled muscle.
Could be a bladder infection.

I default to "gall bladder" for this, having seen a number of family and friends deal with gall stones. -- nm

Qale is far too young to get gall stones. It must be a parasite, then. Some type of burrowing spider I imagine. -- nm

youth doesn't have that much to do with gall stones. if your diet is bad enough you can get a gall bladder infection anytime.
