for about 15 years, I would buy a 100K life policy whenever I had to fly somewhere - to cover me the length of my trip

I figured, NO WAY would anything happen when that kind of money would be paid out if I died.
(one of my insurance companies had "trip policies" - they stopped them about 10 years ago ... if they hadn't - I would still be buying them)
I HATE to fly.
