I can afford the occurrence at work. All the days together will just count as 1.
The hours lost, are troublesome. But not an automatic disaster.
What will be cataclysmic is if I am diagnosed as we suspect, they don't me go back, and I have a long wait for repair. But I've heard this kind of surgery is outpatient, 1-2 day recovery.
