So on a scale of 1 (Meh) to 10 (Creeeeepy) how would you rate this: (too long for subject line, story inside)

I went to the vet that my work uses, yesterday, to pick up a few of our cats that had been receiving treatment and were ready to come back. The vet needed to go over some continuing treatments for them so we were talking for about 5 minutes or so, when out of nowhere he ask me how Despereaux is doing, because he saw that I'd posted that I'd had to take him into the emergency vet. This caught me off guard, but I said he was doing much better.

So, the reason this caught me off guard is that I only posted that on FB. I am not friends with this vet on FB. I don't think I'm friends with anyone who knows him. I don't even think he's on FB. Am I being FB stalked? That's kind of creepy, right?
