So far it's working for the nearest one. On the other hand there are a lot more bars opening in the area.

Evanston was dry for a long time, then only liquor at restaurants, and now wet with a vengeance. (Birthplace and longtime home of Women's Christian Temperance Union. (Oh yesh, one of the micro brewery's named Temperance))
