I go for 2 nights - generally Thursday/Friday - and then use my 3rd reward for dinner or a show.

Last time I had two nights at the MGM (not my favorite) and PLP and I went to the dinner buffet at the Aria.

Before that I've had 3 nights at Excalibur (on different trips), one night at the Luxor, and two tickets to Zumanity.
