This is exactly how I feel. There was only one time he surprised me.

When he picked the crooner kid over the boy who sounds like a girl. At this point though, Pharrell just seems so tuned in to musical talent, I can't doubt him.
That being said, it's left to voting, so I don't know what it actually takes to win.
