165 is still a lot, but that's a lot easier to manage

My electric bill for March was $531....we have electric heat and electricity is really expensive for delivery out here.

Too far from Natural Gas Lines. The amount was not expected. We use a programable thermostat and its never then 20C...

There used to be but it got removed due to not meeting the fire code. The house was only built in 1986 too. -- nm
