er, I got lost checking my mom's county, as that's where I've eaten in restaurants the most recently. I meant to add that as long as you link to the

relevant public reports, which you do, I don't see how there could be an issue. it's even less questionable, to me, than someone choosing to post to yelp! or google reviews that they looked-up the inspection report for a place and posting details from it.
the info. is out there, it's up to the restaurant to correct and get a new rating.
