right to apply it in those circumstances you have to accept that it will be applied wrong. So are you willing to accept that to apply it in this case where you're certain, there will be other cases where it is wrongly and unfairly applied. Are you willing to accept innocent people put to death in order to fry this guy you are comfortable deserves it. That's the question you're not answering.
