It's two hours of "my job is to shoot those people so I can protect my people." You say you're concerned about having open dialogue and challenging ideas to students. There's nothing challenging about this movie. In this movie, there's nothing up for discussion except for the personal/family aspect of Kyle. It's a pretty close-minded movie and holding it up as some kind of movie that provokes thoughtful debate is silly.
