if you partner up with crush - stalker/friend is going to be mad ( likely to get over but still who needs the drama)

if you partner up with stalker/friend - the crush is going to think you are slighting him and is stalker/friend competition ( which is ludicrious but who knows yet how insecure this crush is???)

no win situation here

3rd option which is dicey - tell them both you already made plans to partner with someone.
