I hope Destiny crucible players didn't like to wait by heavy ammo when it was opened, but pick it up later.

With the next update (coming soon) heavy ammo boxes will be on a despawn counter. It seems that Bungie wants people to use primary weapons most of the time, special weapons occasionally, and heavy weapons very rarely. They also want everyone using heavy weapons at the same times for very short periods of time.
