omm~ my oldest sister thinks there's something shameful about posting a complaint on a bank's fb page - a bank that has held $500+ covering fradulent

use of her debit card for more than 6 weeks, inexplicably delayed filing the claim for days, lied to her about timing more than once, conveniently waited to tell her "oh there's another form we have to postal mail you from Detroit," and more.

she's shocked I would suggest publicly calling them out/asking for help (briefly and politely, duh); and she doesn't want her fb friends to see her do it. ("trust me, they will support you in this!")

it took her weeks to even ask for a supervisor or call a special CS number I found for her. it's like she doesn't want to offend a friend or something. so baffling.

arrrggggh!

she cannot afford to not have that money, as she has negative cushion. (except, of course, the bank of b., which has been manipulated and lied to many times over many years, including about additional "loans" related to this. ugh.)

note: this is comerica. she has had issues with them about various things over the years that made me encourage her to move elsewhere, but she inexplicably stuck with them. I'd bet she will after this, too! :/
