I'm apparently the outlier, but for the past 5 years or so I've had few problems and they've been very helpful and responsive when I've needed to call

I only have them for internet currently, but it's almost time for them to drop the "new customer rate" which won't be pleasant to deal with. -- nm

I've almost always had good service and help from them. I kind of think it's because I'm in their corporate backyard

I've had that happen you either A. need new cable cards or B. just need a new dvr. just take it to the comcast office to exchange -- nm
