Left the ground with exploding. Check
Successfully placed payload in orbit. Check
Successfully re-oriented for decent. Check
Fired one of main engines to slow decent. Check
Brought vertical acceleration to zero in touching distance of barge surface. Check
The horizontal......well...

It is still an improvement over the previous attempt
