Agreed. This show should grow and eventually become an amazing draw to family audiences (touri$t$).

I wish Morrison didn't appear to be sleepwalking thru the role at times, but that said, it still makes more bizness sense to start with him.
If it wasn't so lavish and expensively done they could have kept JJ (a la how Newsies was done on the cheap). But they have a huge nut to make and keep making each week on this one. They need a bigger name in the lead.
