There's no firm date, but these things take a while. We're still two years away from Avatarland, as an example. The current guess is 2019 or so.

Many of the "closed" Hollywood Studios rides are still open, so we're talking about stuff that's only in the blueprints stage right now.
Hollywood Studios is going to ramp up Pixar as well. That's probably closer to fruition.
