pharmaca.com has 6% back at ebates, and they have ~15-20+% off of a lot of good brands (acure, alba, giovanni, and andalou are some of my faves that are included); plus, if you sign-up for their mailing list, you are immediately given a code for 30% off your order. they also have some side loyalty club type thing that's free, and it gives an extra percentage off their-branded items. (note: I have been to one of their local brick and mortar stores a couple of times over recent years - they're definitely legit.)
they also carry a limited number of mrs. meyers and some other brands of home-care items, for those who like them; and they have some supplements and regular drug store items, too.
one quite annoying thing, about which I wrote to them: make sure you are signed-in when you add something to your cart, as adding without being signed-in currently only adds that new item and deletes anything else that was there. I had a lot there, including a few new-to-me things that I added after doing research I now need to recreate. ugh. (they will send an e-mail with a prompt about items in your cart if you don't order, so I'm working from that; but it was sent before I added the mentioned researched items. :/)
