I have been looking at how they get Fight #2 out of this...I expect Manny to win a decision

if it's anything close. Money gets a rematch...and they all all split 300mil for fight #2.
They won't gift a perfect 49-0 becuase no one will buy it and Money will not agree to Fight #2 if he knows he lost the fight...he'd stay with the 'win'.
So, how do they get to Fight #2 ... either a draw or a decision for Manny.
