I think Lasership knows that I'm going to rain down hell upon them tomorrow....just got an apology call at 9:30 pm from their customer service

after having botched a third delivery in a row.
Also going to file complaint with Amazon, who is not really at fault here, but I'm unlikely to use same-day delivery again while they use Lasership
