It's probably just very crisp 24fps, HFR will make it have less motion blur. But I don't think it's possible to deliver HFR to regular TV as it is

Looking on the internet, I don't see any mention of HFR on Hulu. Netflix just announced plans to support it for 4K OLED TVs only.
