Where are you coming from? The layover doesn't bother me much...

...and if you were coming in on long-haul from deep South America, that's fine.

My bigger concern is if this involves a mid-con red-eye (e.g. LAX-DFW, LAS-DFW, etc). Those are dreadful because you are in the air 3 hours or less and really don't get to sleep.
