I honestly don't get why the NFLPA and the NFL couldn't come to a very quick agreement in this case.

this kid is going to lose millions of dollars on this.
also, if he's involved...in 3 months time, it will be a moot point of drafting so the NFL and the NFLPA don't have to welcome him into the association.
It's mind-boggling that they can't agree to something that benefits everyone both today and in 3 months.
