nope. most cities here have rules, and people seem pretty good about it. iirc, it's 2-4 per year and no more than 4 days each.

I think there have been 3 in the entire 20+ years I have lived in my complex. 2 were individuals, 1 was some sort of group thing.

we're not really laid out well to have them.

there was one house on a street nearby my place that definitely went over, but that stopped after a while. I don't know if there was enforcement, though.
