I assume reporters did their dude diligence, but yesterday wasn't the "other guy" a 38 year old arrested for violating a protective order

and today it's a 22-year-old who stole a cigarette?
Early details are normally fluid so this is completely possible, I just hope they vetted that this guy is who he says he is.
