Frey wrote A Million Little Pieces and made all his readers cry but because he called it a memoir instead of a novel he was accused of being the most evil guy ever.
Oz has been increasingly accused of hawking snake oil on his medical show and even defending false claims as a freedom of speech issue. He had to testify in front of Congress about it last summer and the heat from critics has just been mounting since then. "In April 2015, a group of 10 physicians from across the United States, including Henry Miller, a fellow in scientific philosophy and public policy at Stanford University's Hoover Institute, sent a letter to Columbia University calling Oz's faculty position unacceptable."
