The only thing I would say they didn't do (and this might be my viewing of tv)...there wasn't a kick-ass commercial series.

Iron Man 2 had the suitcase suit in ads; the other stuff had some good hooks...this really didn't seem to fixate on anything cool. Every commercial should have been Hulk vs Hulkbuster.
As it was, they played it safe imo.
