Titan (especially defender) can make the lamp jump pretty easily. You just have one problematic knight that you can snipe until you get to the end. At the end, activate the bridge and jump on one of the rocks. I can never make the rocks by the bridge so I just use the rock by the lamp. Then snipe or rocket the ogre (if you're solo one one appears). Bridge forms, run across. Harder to make the jump on a warlock. Easiest way is with voidwalker with blink. You also need to max out agility on both classes and a Mida helps.
If you mean the other bridge (second section) then you have to kill the swordbearer and jump across. This is actually easiest on a titan. With a titan you can just run right at the bridge, jump, and start swing at the top of your jump. It's possible to make it that way. There are two spots to use with blink (at least with the hunter). Sunsinger is the easier warlock subclass. You just need to get on a pillar by the right plate, jump, swing your sword at the top of the jump, then turn slightly when you're above where the bridge should be.
You can also do that section by forming the bridge. You can do that solo, but it's not easy. Or if you have the timing right you can be launched in the air by the right totem (not easy to do) and fist of havoc or bladedance across.
