With no obligation to disclose. I think that one is pretty easily brushed off as long as Citizens United remains in place. She's being held to a different standard than anyone else. If they can show actual influence that's different, but otherwise it's safe to assume all candidates are subject to the same potential bias and conflicts of interest. It's politics in America today.
