In the post-raid party scene, someone (Cap? Falcon? Rhodes?) mentions to Banner that BW has some sort of history with another of the Avengers. Banner does a "wait .. what?".
Later on, at the end of the movie, Hulk abandons BW despite her telling him - over and over and over - that she wanted to be by his side no matter what.
I think some people are overthinking it. It's not about her. It's about him. He can't be controlled as Hulk, so he's afraid he'll hurt anyone and everyone around him.
Frankly, it's kind of the same story as with Ward and Agent 33.
