Whirlwind. Man, is getting your house ready for showings a lot of work. I probably could have gotten more for the house if I priced it higher, but I also would have had to sit.

The overall plan is to now sell my girlfriend's house, buy a house together before August, and have the kids in a new, better school district for next year. Phase one is complete.
