so they could try to wash it off or go home or something.

this message brought to you from my experience just now in the ladies' room: whoever was in another stall was wearing so much that I could taste it. (at least it didn't have patchouli/wasn't "opium"-esque, or I would have been literally crying harder than that reddit post made me want to earlier.)

of course, the wearer would have to care.

and, hmm, maybe just something to tell you "enough already, no more!"
