Doesn't that pick apart the theory?

"If a group will not stand for being offended without resorting to violence, that group will rule unopposed, while everyone else lives in fear."

If that were true, the Klan, neo Nazis, border militias, abortion clinic bombers, and violent homophobes would be winning, wouldn't they? They're all fringe minorities in part due to policing but I think mostly due to anti-hate-speech regulation and shaming those positions out of the mainstream.

What she's arguing is we should crank up the hate speech and back it up with armed personnel to draw out people pre-disposed to violence so we can shoot them down while claiming self-defense. 'See? Those people are inherently violent, proving that I'm right to be racist/bigoted.'
