Question about dog care and car cleaning. I need to clean my gf's car, clean the leather seats, etc. Will Armor All wipes hurt the dog?

Obviously we wouldn't let the dog in the car for a day or two. It should be fine after that right? Or is there special car cleaner safe for pets?
