I said ALL OF THIS in my ad. I said, "you're getting a great deal because I don't want to deal with the hassle of shipping. I know this thing is worth a lot more on ebay; please capitalize on my laziness. pickup at my house in state college ONLY."
I have had DOZENS of offers for the thing from all over the US and canada. from people offering me half what I'm asking and "will you pay for shipping too?" to a dude offering me 150% of what I'm asking plus shipping.
my thinking is this:
if I'm shipping the thing, I want to get the going rate for it, so I'll sell it on ebay. am I wrong?

Don't ship it. I did that for a far less expensive amp to Canada as an accommodation and got nothing but shit aboot it from my buyer
