I've only ridden it 4 or 5 times, but I absolutely see the benefit of having it and think it needs to be upgraded

to serve more areas, more frequently and at greater speed.
It is a great service for trips of intermediate length that are a bit too long to be enjoyable driven (that's about 5-6 hours for me) and entirely too short or expensive to be flown.
I won't ever drive to Chicago from Springfield, but have taken the train 3 or 4 times. But St Louis is too close for me to want to take the train there.
I'd love to be able to take a train from Springfield to Columbus even if it added a couple hours to my trip time (usually 6.5 hours by car). I *hate* the long boring drive through eastern Illinois and all of Indiana.
