the fact that it felt like Miller was using restraint.
The action sequences were balls-out, but not over-the-top.
It felt like a lot of thought went into the orchestration of the action -
why cars moved, flipped, exploded like they did, why the attacks
were staged like they were - so that the action didn't feel in any
way goofy. As much as there is going on in each scene, there's
definitely an economy to it. That's an impressive feat to have
pulled off.
